January 1st - the day we promise to better ourselves in some way. Here's a list of my new year's resolutions:
- Eat paleo - meaning no grains, no legumes, no dairy, no sugar (with the exception of chocolate, but I'll try and limit myself to organic dark chocolate that is 70% or more cocoa... hey, everyone has a weakness! Gotta get through studying somehow...)
 
- Go green - try to keep school notes & assignments on my computer, use reusable plastic food containers (no more plastic bags), stop drinking bottled water
 
- Rest more - take at least 3 days of rest from training every 12 weeks to prevent overuse injuries & soreness
